A snap of this evening’s lunar eclipse, rising behind Mt Edward and the iconic Church of the Good Shepherd, of Lake Tekapo.
This shoot proved to be more challenging than anticipated.
A combination of low light conditions, high wind speeds and long telephoto focal length made for plenty of very shaky images.
This image is one of the lucky few, which yielded acceptable detail.
